1. Shipping Destinations

Thread & Thimble Supply ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping outside the United States. All orders are delivered to addresses within the 50 US states and Washington, D.C.

At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories outside the 50 states.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for all US orders:

Free Shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $65. Orders under $65 will be shown the Express shipping option at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your order number and email address.

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's website to show tracking updates.

5. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Thread & Thimble Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@threadandthimblesupply.com.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please take photos of the packaging and contents, and contact us within 7 days at support@threadandthimblesupply.com.

If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If the package is still missing after 3 business days from the delivery scan, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient, unclaimed, or otherwise returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus the original shipping charge. Free shipping orders will have a $5 restocking fee applied.
